Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, can be used for stress relief, anxiety, pain management, fears, trauma, phobias, and more.

 

EFT is a powerful mind-body, holistic healing method that combines tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on emotional issues. It's often referred to as "acupuncture without the needles", aiming to reduce physical and emotional pain, clear emotional blockages, and restore balance.

From the moment Toni starts talking, you feel at ease. It's like you are simply talking with a friend, and it feels safe and comfortable. She tunes into "your channel" through a series of questions while using your words back to you for the tapping exercises. She's an incredible listener!  

 

Between the tapping exercises and hearing Toni's voice, I felt much better after my first session. In fact, I feel better equipped to handle tough situations when they arise. 

 

For anyone EFT curious, Toni is an incredible in-tune energy worker, and you will love her sessions!

Discover Laughter Yoga

All our lives, we have heard the phrase "laughter is the best medicine".  Have we actually listened?  Therapists have been using laughter as a therapy since the 1960s.  Research into the benefits of laughter has been going on for over 50 years.  There are over 400 published scientific studies lauding the benefits of laughter.

 

Laughter Yoga combines laughter and deep breathing (pranayama) techniques from traditional Yoga.  You are not holding yoga positions, you are exercising your lungs and using Laughter to increase your exhale.

 

This combination of laughter and yoga helps to stimulate both physical and emotional wellness.

I was beyond lucky to have met Toni in the Laughter Yoga Training, to watch her develop her own practice, and to attend her classes. She has a special talent for making people feel at ease. Toni weaves her shining personality into the class and gets you laughing - in no time - for no reason - and enjoying yourself beyond what you thought possible! I feel more at peace during and after sessions with Toni than at any other time. Anxiety be gone!
